Description
- This plan works similarly to how a cell phone plan works:
- A certain amount of hours per month will be chosen.
- Those hours will be discounted at roughly 25% of the on-call support plan rate
- You may use these hours for more than just computer related troubles
- Limitations do apply
- Monthly hours may be increased at any time, but only decreased quarterly
