Technical Support Plan Options:
Having a monthly support plan not only gives you the benefit of more level IT expenses but also offers you our best pricing available along with the peace of mind of knowing help is available 24/7/365.
We have four different plans to more fully accommodate your different needs.
Introductory rates are available for the first month as a "Test Drive" of our
services. If a managed support plan is chosen after the "Test Drive" period,
the lesser of the two charges will be applied for the first month.
Fully Managed
Our first and best option is a Fully Managed Support Plan.
This plan includes support for all computers, printers, routers, etc., which are covered at a discounted price.

Partially Managed
Our second option is a Partially Managed Support Plan.
This plan offers the option of picking and choosing which computers, printers, routers, etc. are covered at the discounted price. The other machines not included in the plan qualify for the Hourly Support Plan if at least 50% of your computers are managed. Equipment may be added to the support plan at any time, but only removed quarterly.

Hourly
Our third option is the Hourly Support Plan.
This plan works similarly to how a cell phone plan works. A certain amount of hours per month will be chosen. Those hours will be discounted at roughly 25% of the On-Call Support Plan rate. You may use these hours for more than just computer related troubles. Limitations do apply. Monthly hours may be increased at any time, but only decreased quarterly.

On-Call
Our fourth and final option is the On-Call Support Plan.
This plan works just as it sounds, you call when you have a problem and one of our technicians will schedule a time to come out and resolve the problem for you in a timely fashion. The full on-call rate will be applied to the service hours.
