Basic Plan

Our Basic plan equips your company with the software needed to properly protect you from viruses and malware. This plan will help keep your computers safe from attack but it doesn’t cover any tech team support or provide preventative software that help keep computers healthy. You choose when you want to have someone take a closer look at your equipment and pay just for those requests.

Proactive Plan

My company’s main concern is getting the security and anti-virus protection it needs, but we want to protect our computers the best we can.  

Our Proactive plan is great for small businesses looking for security services but that are also trying to be proactive in preventing computer problems. This plan offers all the software needed to properly protect your equipment from viruses and malware. It also provides advanced monitoring and self-healing to improve reliability, up-time and productivity for your equipment. Because some businesses do sometimes require a fair amount of support without needing it frequently, this plan also provides technical support at a discounted rate. 

When you use the Proactive plan, you can buy ten discounted hours that go towards any kinds of requests you make for support. They are there and paid for until you need them. The nice thing about this is that if your company isn’t having a lot of technical support needs, these hours can last a few months, and as your company grows and needs for support increase, you will still be able to decide how much and how often you get that support without having to pay for more than you need.
